Welcome to the O&K SuperBakery website (“we”, “us”, “our”). These purchase terms regulate the use of our website and the purchase of products from our online store.
By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders
All orders are subject to product availability and confirmation.
We accept pre-orders for our baked goods through our website. Orders must be placed in advance according to the available dates shown in the shopping cart calendar.
3. Prices and Order Confirmation
All prices are shown in euros (€) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
The website form submits a pre-order. Order confirmation and the current payment instructions are agreed with the customer separately.
4. Pickup and Delivery
Goods can be picked up between 11.00 and 13.00.
Home delivery is available (if needed) from 12.00 to 19.00.
Please make sure that the delivery address and contact details provided are correct. We are not responsible for failed delivery if the details were incorrect or incomplete.
5. Cancellation and Returns
Because our products are fresh and made to order, orders that have already been prepared cannot be returned.
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please contact us as soon as possible, but no later than 24 hours before the agreed pickup or delivery time.
6. Product Information
We do our best to ensure that product descriptions and photos are accurate, but small differences in color, shape, or decoration may occur because all products are handmade.
7. Allergies and Ingredients
Our bakery uses ingredients that may contain allergens (for example gluten, nuts, dairy products, eggs).
The customer is responsible for reviewing product descriptions and possible allergens before making a purchase.
8. Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability never exceeds the amount paid for that order.
9. Privacy
Your personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy, which is available on our website.
10. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Estonia. All disputes are resolved in Estonian courts.
